Thanks for all the wonderful Christmas links. I plan to make the pistachio fudge and maybe the Oreo truffles and I just love the Christmas tree quilt idea. I do quilt myself, but this year paper is my medium of choice and I have been making lots of Christmas decorations using Christmas papers. I just may use this quilt idea to make my Christmas cards out of what I have left over. Thanks again for always offering a wonderful place to visit.
I made the christmas bulb wreath. It was beautiful. However when I was hanging it on a hook in my basement to store it for next year, it slipped out of my hand and fell on the floor. Many of the bulbs shattered. It was a mess and a hassle to replace the broken bulbs. I would recommend using plastic bulbs -- they look just like glass. Costco sells them and you can also buy them online.

You never stop amazing me with your wonderful ideas! i am so excited to have some new and different recipes for goodies I can make and share with friends. I'll start with the candy cane marshmallows, christmas tree cookies and then the oreo truffles and peppermint meringue kisses. Not only are these good for the parties, but I often take holiday baskets of baked goods to share with neighbors and shut-ins. Thanks again for your thoughtful sharing ways.

The baileys and pistachio fudge looks amazing, although I was hoping you could help me figure something out. The author's note reads: "I reduced the recipe to 1/3 which worked perfectly with one bag of chips and a small airplane size bottle of Irish Cream (50ml)." Did she also reduce the condensed milk by a third? What sort of pan would you prepare the smaller version in?
