elainemccardel@mac.com this email is incorrect, every time I use it, I get apple/mac computer page. Help! I'm trying to sign up for the pizza class?

I had no trouble sending an email to elainemccardel@mac.com. It hasn't bounced back.

Ciao Elaine, Your blog is one of the first I follow and I still love every post of it. Even though I may not leave a lot of comments I surely enjoy your recipes!! Unfortunately I can't take part at one of your classes.....you live way too far away ;) Otherwise I would have for sure!! Just wanted to let you know this. Ciao, Letizia

Yes, m'aam! Puff pastry is such a stand-by for instant small bites! Palmiers look so ritzy, but are so simple - the beauty of simple ingredients and imagination ... yes?

Hello just stumbled across your blog, funny thing I'm from Detroit Michigan, Full blooded Italian, grandparents both sides from Italy, father's side from Rocarasso, outside Rome, mother's side from Naples. Have the Italian cooking gene too, got to cook for the masses :-) ...I too enjoy cooking from scratch there's nothing better. Learned from watching my grandparents cooking with my parents. Love it.. looking forward to some ideas from your kitchen.

Ciao,
Rhonda
